I love my stay at the hotel. Everything was on point I specially loved the breakfast and the staff friendliness and confortable bed for a good night sleep.

I loved how welcomed I felt and how helpful the staff was, the property was amazing all the amenities were very pleasant after a long day of walking and shopping.

Staff is very attending. Access to transportation is easy. Hotel and restaurant are very clean and does was really good.

This is the most lovely hotel in all of Tokyo. I wouldn’t bother staying somewhere else as the staff, rooms, and quality of service are all outstanding.
We stayed in Japan for around one month and chose to stay at this hotel twice during our trip. I would only recommend this hotel to all my family and friends staying in Tokyo. It is magnificent!

Liked the level 3F with laundry facilities, gym, relaxation room and balcony very soothing listening to the falls of the water, oh the best part was the massaging chairs - very excellent

The service and staff were attentive and professional greeting us when we entered the hotel. As we were checking in they were doing a raffle giveaway and my son won some snacks, which was a nice touch.
The room was clean and well designed. The hotel overall appeared relaxing with an outside garden visible from the restaurant and a relaxation room on the lower floor and garden on the top floor. The breakfast buffet was well stocked. The location was convenient to transportation and the Tokyo Dome.
Finally, I had forgotten my passport in the safe in the room and they called and left a message to let me know and were courteous when I returned to pick it up.
