It was a great experience. Stayed 11 nights. Room was great. Staff all ready nice. Close to multiple subway stations

Rate low on traveler friendliness due to surprising lack of English spoken for a premium facility in an international city; no concierge services whatsoever. Breakfast options very limited.. only huge and expensive buffet or none.

Hotel was right next to the station and very close to Akihabara. Staff was friendly and made everything a breeze. Hotel grounds were beautiful and clean. Had a great stay.

Such a relaxing place to be in the center of a busy city.
Excellent breakfast buffet and great restaurants for dinner.
Friendly helpful staff. Convenient to walk to 3 metro/train stations.
If ever back in Tokyo
