Our room was top notch, complete with a cyprus bath for soaking after a long day of sightseeing. The staff was incredible, open to all questions and even providing translation with a taxi driver. Plenty of restaurants at the hotel if that's your preference, and a close walk to more restaurants nearby.

Delicious food, great customer service, help with getting taxis, great location. New Otani is one my favorite hotels anywhere in the world.

Absolutely stunning hotel with top-notch service and beautiful rooms. We LOVED staying, with so many options for things to do and easy access to the metro system. Would 10/10 stay again.

If i could rate the staff 1 level above excellent then i would! Fantastic hotel, well worth the visit.
