The location is good for easy access to Haneda Airport with airport shuttle. The room was clean and we'll equipped though it was a bit old-fashioned.

The people at the front desk were not very friendly and accommodating. There were three of us in one room and I they gave us only two keys. I ssked for an additional key and they were flat out adamant that they won’t give me a third key ! What is the big deal???? Great customer service!

Room was extremely hot with no working air conditioning. Mould all over the bathroom and dust throughout the room. Good area though.

Quiet neighborhood with small restaurants nearby. Right across the street from a Lawson and a 10min walk to the subway station. Staff was very friendly and we enjoyed our stay.
