Room and service were great. Washing machines not drying properly. I had to take my clothes to a laundromat to dry them.

Good location, but no services. No housekeeping, no front desk after 6pm, no changing of towels unless you bring dirty towels to the front desk. No garbage emptied unless you do it yourself. Room was lightly cleaned. Had to reclean bathroom before using it.

It was really close to the train station and 7/11. Also a quiet and more local part of the city.

It is located in a residential area, so it is quiet and safe. There are many cafes and bakeries in the area. You can enjoy both a modern atmosphere and a traditional Japanese downtown atmosphere. It is also convenient to access anywhere in Tokyo. Shibuya Station and Shinjuku Station are about 30 minutes away. We hope you will enjoy your trip using our hotel as a base. No house keeping daily and no breakfast

Dear Guest, Thank you for staying at our hotel. As previously notified, there will be no cleaning during your stay. The cleaning staff will not collect used towels or garbage. If you need to collect anything during your stay, please take it to the front desk or the garbage disposal area yourself. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. Our hotel does not have a restaurant, so we do not offer breakfast. We apologize for the inconvenience. However, there is a cafe called "IKI" nearby. It is about a 30-second walk from the cafe. We sell meal tickets for the cafe, so you can have breakfast there. We will do our best to make your stay as comfortable as possible, so we look forward to your next stay. Thank you for your review.
