High end shopping area. Breakfast option is like a high tea, very nice. Rooms are quaint. Staff are friendly but didnt give correct information about Limousine bus to Haneda. Do your research.
Aircon looks like its controlled in the room but my last night was overheated. By 4am i was calling reception for help. They had control at their end.

Though we love our stay but the sound proofing was poor. We could hear people as they walk and talk along the corridor.

It is an older property,beds are super uncomfortable spend some money on at least the beds so guests can get a good nights sleep

Good property with all the basic amenities. Location in Ginza was amazing. Good choice if shopping in Ginza is a priority for you. Close to multiple subway stations and Tokyo station. Good value for money. Would recommend.
