Good room size and good availability to
Local attractions and restaurants
Close to Ginza shopping

Good location, very close to many shops in Ginza. They received my Amazon packages and stored them. They also store luggage if you arrive before check-in time.

Pros: Excellent breakfast buffet, good-sized room. Convenient location, walkable. Cons: Check-in area/process small, crowded, inefficient. Staff could be friendlier. Had to ask for room change because someone was clearly smoking profusely on floor of original room. Older hotel needs refurbishing.

The pic of the room on the website was deceptive- or we were given a smaller room than I booked!

If you are looking for a convenient place, this is for you. The room I stayed was tiny. It was even hard to open my luggage on the floor.
