My room was not clean. It had food on the floor and hair in the bathtub.

Nice hotel to stay in. Staff were really polite and helpful. Lots of food options and convenience stores close by. The shower is too short for a tall person and the pillows could be better. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay.

Beautiful hotel with many amenities in the room. We booked an East wing family room for my family of three. It was very large with three twin size beds, a couch, a table with two chairs and two stools. Very clean and quiet. We stayed for seven nights so we felt very comfortable there. Staff was kind and attentive. Helped us send our bags to a different city. Two convenience stores and a Starbucks nearby.

Excellent hotel option for travelers wanting a central Tokyo location! Staff was super kind and always helpful. Will definitely be staying again.
