Nice simple hotel, close to the subway and easy to find. The room was small but had everything we needed. It was exceptionally quiet. The beds were comfortable and the shower had good pressure. Perfect for a short stay.

I really enjoyed my stay here, it was for one day because the airport was near for me and i had to travel early in the morning, beside that staff were really friendly and helpful i was also provided with dining option upon asking they recommended a couple of places. I was also provided a free shuttle service to the airport, which made my life so much easier. Room was the biggest one so far while my travel to japan.

The stay at the hotels was very pleasant. The staff was very polite and pleasant. The breakfast is rated as a 3, the boxed breakfast is below average. I wandered if they serve boxed breakfast to cut costs post covid? The hotel needs to try a buffet style. I didn’t realize ketchup rice was a delicacy

Nice budget hotel near Haneda Airport a short walk from the subway station. Located on a side street which can be difficult to find after dark, really need to use Google maps if you get lost like I did. Rooms were really clean with a good shuttle service to the airport in the morning. My biggest gripe was the sub par breakfast, basically a breakfast in a small box with coffee or tea, no juice or soup. Not recommended for foreign tourists.

There is no free shuttle bus service....this is false advertising......its available on availability only... Also the hotel will charge you an additional fee of around 800 yen to book a taxi in advance. I booked this hotel for the free shuttle bus service advertised... They only let you know limited bus service after the online payment is made. Do not recommend this hotel if you are looking for free shuttle bus service.
