The location is really what puts this property on next tier. The room itself and the amenities are all pretty standard for Tokyo but if you like staying in Ginza for a Tokyo visit, there's no better value.

We had an excellent stay at Hotel Grand Bach. The staff were amazing and courteous. Our room was comfortable, spacious, and clean. The location was prefect for exploring the area. We will definitely return to this hotel when we are back in Tokyo.

Great property, friendly staff, clean and spacious room. Stayed 5 days in room 1203. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars due to strong lingering mildew smell from shower/bath area. I made staff aware when we first arrived but ultimately nothing could eliminate the odor. They did provide an option to switch rooms but it was smaller with poor view.

Hotel was decently located, staff was nice, didn’t get to use a lot of what was offered like the free drinks and lounge bar since I was only there for 1 night. Room was clean and spacious. Not enough room for large 2 sided suitcases to open up so if you don’t have a top loader be aware of that. Shower was lovely and the little skincare kit provide was lovely. They also gave a little travel size bag which was really nice of the hotel. All and all it was a nice stay and I would consider staying again if I needed to be on this side of town
