We enjoyed the space in the standard twin room and also the natural light from the 2 large windows. The only downside was that the shower head in the bathroom was leaking. We only stayed one night so that was fine. The area around the hotel was quiet and safe. It was also close to a supermarket and restaurants which was great.

Basic accommodation but very convenient for the airport monorail. Easy access to Ginza and Tokyo Tower area. Very helpful staff, rapid response to queries. Best to have breakfast elsewhere, nice cafes nearby.

Good location for local transportation. Good storage facility for early arrival. Our unit is small.

If you don’t need any help with staff, it would be great to stay there. Most things are that you have to do by yourself eg. check-in and out.
The neighborhood is very convenient and quiet.
