It will be much better if the stuff could speak more English. But I understood that they don't have to. And I don't understand the mesage they sent in Japanese language for this review.

Quiet hotel. Shinagawa Seaside train station and Oval Garden are across the street, lots of places to eat & shop. Guest checkin was easy!
