The staff were wonderful.
The property is a smaller hotel but they make up for all the added extras and great staff. The bath salts, plum wine and chocolates were wonderful add ons. Close to subway. And many very good restaurants nearby. We were only there 4 days but would stay again when in Tokyo

Really quiet and peaceful place.good air quality. Close to Hie Jinja shrine. Really nice to have drip coffee and Japanese breakfast. A rooftop with nice view.
Free beer, and noodles during happy hour every day was a nice surprise.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff are all such wonderful people, always cheerful and eager to help. There are many freebies, coffee/tea, even free happy hour. I highly recommend staying here as the service is top notch. The rooms are on the smaller side but well laid out. I stayed at a few chain hotels (APA) in my visit to Tokyo and I would highly recommend this hotel over the chain brand. I felt so welcome and the comforts are better if not the same.

This is my second time staying here and my second review. The hotel staff is amazing. The hotel is amazing. Clean, simple and has everything you need. It’s close to various trains so with some minor walking you can go any direction of Tokyo. The staff once again is awesome and I told them that because of them I’d never stay in Tokyo unless it’s in this hotel. Always happy to be back

This was a great spot for my 3 night stay. Central location to many sightseeing locations. Hotel area itself was pretty quiet but did have a few food options. Short walk to livelier area. Amenities were good - really enjoyed the Japanese breakfast and there were western options as well. Also made use of the free ramen in the evening and appreciated that there is a free happy hour as well (though didn’t make that one). No problem recommending this hotel and I would stay again.
