Vicinity to subway station is great! Staff is also great, assisted me e.g. with forwarding luggage to my next hotel.

Our room gets cleaned and supplies replenished daily. Close to public transport but not noisy.

The room was spacious and tastefully designed. Liked the sliding grid panel between the entry and main room. Appreciated the extra space offered by the seating area. Would like it if extra towels were already placed in the room, however, I assume we would be provided with extras if we asked. The buffet breakfast in the restaurant downstairs offered a great variety of Japanese food. Areas of improvement: Received emails from the hotel a few days prior to check-in informing us of potential construction activities in the hotel, and another one stating that the HVAC system would be switching from cooled air to heated air. When we got to our room, it felt uncomfortably warm. We were told by the staff that we could turn off the air delivery system and open the window to allow cool air from outside to come in. The window is pivoting, therefore, once opened, it makes it difficult to roll the shades down. It took a while to cool the room down. It would have been better if those notices were provided at the time of booking to help in our decision of selecting a hotel. Overall, we liked this hotel and recommend it.

Great location for first time visiting Japan

Dear GuestsThank you very much for choosing Hotel Mystays Premier Hamamatsucho for your first stay in Japan.Our hotel is located about a 5-minute walk from Monorail Hamamatsucho Station and Daimon Subway Station, which provide direct access to Haneda and Narita Airports.The Tokyo Tower is a 20-minute walk from the hotel.You cannot see it from your room, but you can see it as soon as you step out onto the main street.Azabudai Team Labo and Zojoji Temple are also located in the area. You can also transfer to the Yurikamome Line at Shinbashi Station to get to Odaiba with its amusement and large shopping malls in about 30 minutes.If you would like to enjoy sightseeing around the airport first, please stay at Hotel Mystays Premier Hamamatsucho.We look forward to welcoming you again.Hotel Mystays Premier Hamamatsucho

The hotel is a bit run down and definitely needs some upgrading. But overall, I would recommend the hotel.
