A delightful experience from start to finish. The staff and check-in process were absolutely wonderful. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the onsen was stunning.

There was a real Japanese flavor to the hotel. The sake tasting every evening was good, as was the min-concert of Japanese music one night.

Very unique hotel. Hot springs are great. Lovely staff. Very clean and plenty of snacks and drinks included with the room. Amazing bathroom with deep soaking bath.
