Bathroom constantly smelled moldy. Overall condition of the hotel gives a worn down impression.

Room was very spacious but the room itself was outdated. Bed was very uncomfortable as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

Room was bigger than expected. Staff was very friendly and check in was quick. Ginza area was busy but a lot to see and continently next to a Family Mart.

Unfortunately we had a very dirty room. Hair all over the bed and actually blood stained all over the quilt cover. We were in Japan 2 wks and this hotel was our most expensive stay but also our most disappointing stay. Very outdated and unsanitary

Floor carpet very very old like the earth
Bathrooms mix both very old an new style
Hallway smell cigarettes
