Loved our stay here! The staff was so helpful and kind. I would've never been able to figure out shipping our luggage to our next hotel without them. I so appreciate everything they did for us! Everything was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again!

I would rate the stay a 5 out of 5, but the bathroom needs to be updated and the walls are extremely thin. Other than that, the room was spacious considering Tokyo rooms are usually small. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Great walking distance to Shibuya and other entertainment. Good food choices within walking distance as well.

Good experience! Staffs are very nice to help move luggage from 3/f to the hotel entrance! Very clean and they turned on air conditioning to wait for our check in, this is heart warming! Local restaurants are nearby, some French and Italian bistro!

This place was the most convenient for us. All of the areas we wanted to visit were close and so was the train station. Lots of cute dining areas to check out and the locals are very friendly! Only negatives were the bathrooms (they were tiny, but useable) and we didn’t get more than 2 rolls of paper for a 6 day stay. We had to get our own toilet paper. Overall, it was a good experience and we would definitely use them again when we come back to Japan.

Halls of residence style room

Room was small and very tired. Bathroom looked unhygienic. Location is good to access this sought after residential area but very far from Ebisu station if taking luggage. Hotel is more like a student or staff temporary lodging.

I specifically requested a smoking room (hard to find), the property was very clean and quiet, the staff are English speaking and very helpful. Vending machine and laundrette on site, fresh towels, microwave, stove, shampoo, wash & free toothbrush provided. Highly recommended!
