The hotel marketed its spa and breakfast, but the spa is very rundown, very small. Breakfast has very limited options. The staff was very not helpful, almost go out of the way to claim they don’t offer any service that is not directly related to logding. The room is very small too. Don’t book.

Great experience, I like the Onsen after a long day. breakfast was good for additional charge. Only issue is the bathroom and room is very small. Bathroom doesn’t have a real sink. I think Onsen is what makes this place great because the room is only average

If you are a huge nerd for Akihabara, this is not a bad place to stay in the slightest. While there are some hotels admittedly that seemed to be better situated, a 3 minute walk to the station and a 5 minute walk to the main streets of Akihabara is not bad at all. The Sento (public bath) was EASILY the highlight of this hotel, being extremely nice, clean, and pleasant. I would honestly compare it to a spa experience, and had a wonderful time! I was actually extremely nervous as this was my first time utilizing a public bath, but alls well ends well-- just make sure you read the signage around the bath if you're unfamiliar! There were SO many little amenities that made this hotel feel so nice-- free ramen, free ice cream after the sento, free Yakult, genuinely it was an incredible hotel. One thing the hotel does not advertise but I think is worth mentioning is that the hotel itself has washer/dryers in the Sento, where the washers are free and the dryers are only 100 yen for a 30 minute dry. Hotel room was also much larger than any other I stayed at in Japan if that is important for you. At $82 a night, this was the most expensive hotel I stayed at, but it was incredibly nice :))

It's walking distance to Akihabara, but also just far away enough to be a quiet area. Staff was helpful and attentive. The onsen experience was great as well.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was more than polite and helpful. The area was close to convenient shops and transportation options. I would definitely return. Laundry was free which was helpful. It is of course smaller than what we are accustomed to in the US but overall a good stay
