We are a family of 4 and stayed in the junior suite. It was a beautiful room, clean, and modern. It was hard to find a larger room that would fit 4 people in Tokyo and I’m so happy I found this hotel. We had enough space for sleeping, hanging out and for our luggages. We all enjoyed our stay very much. It was nice to relax at the hotel after a long day of exploring the city. The train station is very close to the hotel, about 5-8 min walk. It’s only 1 stop away from Shinjuku. I would stay here again.

Very clean and easy to get to. Connected to a 7-11 without leaving the building and located right next to a bakery and family mart.
Staff were very welcoming and helpful, knew English without any issues.
Would recommend to travellers and wouldn’t mind coming back

Great location, facilities were great, only ( minor) complaints were the room was smaller than anticipated. Once our bags were unpacked a person could barely find somewhere to stand. TV only had one English Channel (CNN)
