The staff were very helpful as our flight was delayed getting there and ended up checking in at midnight. Staff was able to recommend great ramen place which opened til 4am!! Location also very convenient for shopping and getting around using the metro. The staff were good in providing directions to places we wanted to visit (ie: restaurants, shopping....). The 3 restaurants at the hotel were very nice. We tried only 2, ramen and sushi, and both were excellent!! We didn't get to try the beef place as lunch was only available Fri, Sat and Sun.

Hotels.com reservation was in reliable

Booking was made thru Hotels.com but reservation was not in system. Fortunately hotel was able to accommodate us

Rooms were very out-dated. Need renovation. Everything seems to be back in the 80s and room and corridor smells funny
