Staff was very friendly. The best part is the easy access to public transportation.

The staff were very friendly and very helpful. They were willing to look up directions as well as giving suggestions

Friendly staff, great area with tons of restaurants, close to two metro stations. The room we had was a bit tired - carpet was worn and one of the mattresses was sunken in. The air conditioner was finicky. Also, the windows opened alarmingly wide for a 14th floor room!
