Small, period. Our family of 4 with luggage barely fit into 2 rooms. Room was relatively dusty, wall part in both rooms had many scratches. The photos definitely make it seem larger.
I'd say the size of the room is suitable for a 1 person stay only. Our rooms were both less than 120 sqft each
For a bit more money compared to what paid for this place I rebooked an apartment hotel 7 min walking away and got almost 5 times more space!
This place was good for anyone who does their research properly. When other reviews say the rooms are small, they're not kidding. Look up the room sqft sizes before booking.
Goes without saying the bathroom was extremely small as well. My nose would hit the door if I was sitting on the toilet with door closed.

Ideal for 1-2 nights, the room was very small (there was a bit of a struggle opening 2 carry on suitcases) but was in a quiet neighbourhood.

Compact Convenient and good value for money
Posted 9 Aug 2021 on HotelsClean compact room with all required toiletries and small appliances. Convenient store next door. Easily accessible by public transportation and walking distance to eateries and shops. Good value for money and will stay here again.

Great little hotel
Posted 23 Mar 2020 on HotelsLovely hotel, very friendly staff, Rooms very clean, but on the small side, cannot accomodate a lot of luggage, however they do store luggage for free.
Well situated for Imperial palace gardens, and easy walking distance to Metro stations.
Bonus that they provided us with 2000 yen in coupons to use in the onsite 7 Eleven store,

price value excellent ,well located (Subway station and Tokyo Station) , friendly staff perfect for 3-5 days business trip - don't expect to take a bath you could be trapped in the tub (",)

Small room and very poor breakfast.

Pros: breakfast
Cons: breakfast.
Location: far from tokyo station but ok. about this price.
All my life and traveling in japan.I just eat very poor breakfast at here. T-T

It takes about 10 minutes from Tokyo Station,
It takes about 5 minutes to get to the hotel using Kayabacho Station and Nihonbashi Station.
