more spacious than many places. the apartment was clean except the shower curtain could have used an upgrade or at least a clean. so close to the station.

Not hotel but just tiny apartment
Posted 31 Aug 2016
Pros: They provided a pocket Wifi.
Cons: Should follow other hotel's amenity such as TV, Telephone if the owner likes to use "hotel" in their name.
Location: The location is so so.
I don't think the bedding was clean. It looked other people already used many times before us.
We only received two towels for each for 7 days and there was no hair dryer, TV, telephone in the room. It's very inconvenient to find a phone outside.

Could be cleaner, but generally good apartment.
Posted 1 Jun 2016 on HotelsApartment was small but exactly what you would expect from Tokyo. Would be VERY cramp for four people, but was fine for a couple. Beds were a little hard, but there were extra blankets to use as an extra layer (unless you are four people). Kitchen was as per photos, and cooking utensils were provided which was a plus (we did not have the same experience in other Japan apartments). Washing machine had detergent provided, and there was soaps, shampoo, coffee, tea etc. Bathroom needed a proper clean (was neat, but visibly dirty). Mobile WiFi was barely worth having (frustratingly slow), but we had exactly the same problem in another Japan apartment, so this may be the service/technology rather than specific to this apartment. Check in details were prompt and thorough.

Affordable and convenient
Posted 10 May 2016This is an unstaffed, tiny apartment with its own bathroom (toilet, shower head, small tub). The beds are on the hard side, and there is only one small pillow per person. It was definitely cramped for four bigger Scandinavians, but that is probably the case everywhere in Japan. There is a heating element for a stove and a hotel-sized fridge, so we were able to make coffee/tea and eat breakfast in the apartment. There is also a washing machine, which was an awesome feature for us. There is a grocery store about a block away, which was great. The manager of the apartment was very responsive over email when we had questions. The apartment is located in a non-touristy and safe area right next to a subway station, so it's convenient to get around. If you stay here, make sure to check out the best sushi place we found in Tokyo, which is right around the corner to the left when you walk out, it's called Mihiro Sushi.

Nice and affordable accommodation near the Metro
Posted 30 Dec 2015
Pros: Good location, adequate amenities, nice owner, many famous sites around location and convenient to travel around Tokyo as metro is nearby.
Cons: Maybe have a television installed in case there are small children staying in the apartment. As they can be bored.
Location: Chiloda line metro nearby so easy to travel around Tokyo, there is nezu shrine, famous author house and traditional stores around.
Had a great time staying at nezu, lots of things to see around the area and very convenient if you are Travelling as a family. Easy to get around as metro is just next to the apartment. Many 24 hour shops in case you need to buy food, there are p many clinics, Dentist, medicine shops and hospital nearby as medical university is located in nezu. Famous hot spots can be found nearby before Travelling out to other tourist spots. Owner very friendly and ready to assist when contacted, even help us dispose of rubbish as rubbish collection is complicated in Japan. Amenities in apartment very useful and adequate, like staying at home rather than a hotel.

静かで環境が良い
Posted 12 Nov 2017値段が安いのは良いがテレビがないのが残念。
近くに飲食屋さんがたくさんあるのがいい。エレベーターまで行くのに階段なので車椅子の人には困難。

Nice and cozy place
Posted 10 Jun 2017Clean and cozy place. But it has small bathroom like other japanese apartments. Close to Nezu station but it's more convenient and cheap to use Ueno station(but it takes about 10 mins to get there).
