The property had access to transit and walkable to many of the spots for first time visitors to Japan/Tokyo. If one wanted a place to rest and sleep I think the hotel chain would suit your needs.

Excellent location, nice area, close to transportation options; dining and shopping options nearby; walking distance to amenities. We were on ninth floor with view, awesome view. All over very good, room and bathroom areas very small.

Good location, easy access to metro to and from Haneda. Walking distance to Senso-Ji. great area to wander about - lots of places to eat around. Hotel is very cleaned, well maintained, very automated (check in - out) so little interaction with staff. Cleaning only after 3 days, but fresh towels and other amenities are provided daily. very small lobby that gets very crowded with people and suitcases (on hold) at all times of the day. discounted breakfast is offered at check in. no control over the room temp - hotel decides if it is a heater or AC time. and at what temp. Very small room, but reasonable for a crash pad in a popular Tokyo location.

I selected this property to spend my last few nights in Tokyo because the area is quiet and near public transportation. It is a convenient location within walking distance of Sensoji Temple, Sumida River, and Tokyo Skytree. There are many small restaurants in the neighborhood, and larger dining options available nearby. The staff were friendly and attentive. This is a smaller hotel, and it is perfect for a solo traveler who needs a rest point. I would stay again.

There is not really a person to check you in, or if you have questions, at this location. Room was clean, but small. The double bed was big enough for 2 larger people, but the tub is very high to step into the shower. The room that is for 2 people, could have used 2 chairs. There was one. The bed is agains the wall so if someone has to get up at night, be prepared to climb over. These are just practical things. The property and nice and we enjoyed out stay.

Very good location. Staff were friendly. 5-7 minute walk to train station depending on where you are going. Breakfast was the same all 4 days we were there with slight variations but was yummy. The breakfast location is on the other APA hotel which is like 2 minutes walk. The room was small but functional and efficient. They provided us with all the amenities that we need. The room is designed well given the lack of space.
