Amazing hotel with high quality design throughout. The staff are wonderful, hospitable, and able to address any need. We had our bags sent from another hotel, and the bags were already placed in the room when we arrived.
We appreciated the happy hour to unwind from 6-8pm each night. Property was clean and at the 50th floor with amazing city views. Just be okay with your ears popping a bit.
The rooftop bar was very nice and had electric blankets to keep you warm. The breakfast was very good.
The neighborhood was a bit quieter and slightly less central via the subway, but it was not an issue.

Interior of the room was a bit old-fashioned but it’s location, staff and their service was exceptionally great. Satisfied.

Second time staying here, love the bathtub & room was spacious, the housekeeping team were very nice they even folded my clothes for me.

1st time in Tokyo. Absolutely wonderful stay and will definitely stay again. 5 stars is not enough for this wonderful place.
