This property was way overpriced for what you got. Rooms were insanely tiny - ours was a "large corner king" but we could barely open one bag. The staff were not very friendly and even at the price (over $300 USD per night) they only cleaned the room once every 3 days and when they did it was not thorough.. they left dirty mugs and glasses, stains on the counters and sinks, etc. We didn't even get water. Location was excellent and the hotel was fine, not terrible, just not worth the price at all.

Yes, the rooms are tiny, but the hotel is cool, tasteful and well appointed (excellent bathroom/shower, and even our tiny room included an air humidifier, an essential in all hotels in Japan’s very dry winter weather!) and the location and convenience are second to none – steps away from the metro, and walkable to all the great parts of Shibuya and beyond. Our room was also perfectly quiet, despite looking out onto the street (windows are frosted on the lower floors). Check-in was super easy at the kiosk, but staff were also there to help at any time. Overall, yes it’s expensive for the size of the room (barely enough space to open one suitcase) but we knew what to expect and have no regrets.
