Room is small, and there is not a lot of room for storage or hanging up clothes. The lighting in the bathroom could be better for makeup and getting That being said, the location is perfect, the staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are very clean. You are so close to all the action in Shibuya but the hotel area is quiet. There are many great restaurants in the area and Lawson and 7-11 a block away

For being very close to Shibuya station, the rooms were very quiet! Easy access to all the subways. Great location! Staff were exceptionally helpful and pleasant!!

Easy check-in, well staffed and friendly front desk to help with self check-in kiosks. Front desk helped hold bags and hail taxi. Convenient location close to Shibuya station, but out of the bustle. Well equipped and clean rooms.
