We’ve stayed here twice now. It’s quiet, close to Akihabara Station and there are plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. Rooms are tight if you’re used to American hotel rooms, but we were fine with two adults, two carry ons and a suitcase. We were really just there to sleep anyway, so it doesn’t have to be super luxurious.

Room was good and staff was somewhat easy to speak to in english

The hotel location is pretty convenient, the staff and service is so so, but the room air conditioning is very bad especially the washroom, each time after shower, the room is like a sauna room

Super close to trains and food. Staff was super helpful.

We stayed in several hotels on our Japan trip. This was the least liked. This hotel is old and needs renovation. The check-in area is very cluttered. The hallway smells. We stayed on the third floor, around 6:00 am There was a loud sound coming from above or next door. I’m not sure. It sounds like someone’s moving tables or chairs around. It continued for a while. I wouldn't recommend this place

Close to Akihabara station. Management was nice and helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast buffet was good
