Staying at BnA is a unique experience. Love the art work ,the level of comfort, excellent location close to Koenji station. Most of all connection to creative community.

I didnt like the fact that they did not respond to an email from december 2018 requesting to cancel the booking until after I would have already checked in

The room was as anticipated - large by Japanese standards with an incredible mural throughout. Amenities were provided, including ear plugs as the area was a bit noisy.

First night in Tokyo
Posted 3 Feb 2019 on HotelsClose proximity to the Train station. Friendly and easy check in. Trendy and functional room. Only downside was that elevator was out of order which was tricky up a narrow flight of stairs with big suitcases... But overall it was good and we'd go back again!

This is an amazing hotel, super friendly staff and a really nice neighbourhood. Very easy to see other parts of Tokyo since the railway station is so close. Would highly rekomend a stay here!
