I had stayed here the year before and it was nice. This time around not really a fan of my room. Got room 401 and while next to the elevator and having an extra 2.5 feet extra space at the foot of the bed there seems to be a beam running through the right side of the room. While this wouldnt be much of a problem normally, the bathroom was located directly under the beam. This means that the ceiling in the shower was 3 inches lower. Half of the shower was under this beam. I am 6 feet tall and i couldnt fit in the shower. Additionally the room did not have windows towards Skytree so I only had view towards the parking lot in front and to make things worse, the window couldnt be opened up. Finally the bahtroom had a heavy mold/mildew smell and the showerhead was damaged so it would leak half of the water backwards. Previously I had gotten a room on the other wing of the building and while the room was a bit smaller, the view made up for it and you could also open the window. Additionally the shower didnt have a beam running through half of it making half of it unusable.

Needs a second elevator .. The cleaning staff monopolise it most of the day from 9AM to 4PM They regularly hit all the buttons for all the floors making it easier for them to hop and and off , regardless of how this affects the guests

Great options in walking distance. We found great small restaurants with friendly owners who gave us a tour of their restaurant.
