Room was not clean! Toilet was so dirty, they even left behind the toilet-brash, without cleaning the place.

Love the location to Metro. Ueno station is a good connection point and close walk to Akihabara if you’re into nightlife and gaming and good food.

The room looks clean,but it doesn't clean like the way you look. Nice location!

The location of the hotel is great between Ueno and Akihabara. The only downside the smell the first room, there was a strong odor and we had to change rooms. After changing rooms we notice that the smell in the rooms come from the ac units. We had tl buy a scent spray to help out because we didn't wanted to change rooms anymore. Also the shower curtain had to be changed because it smells awful. The staff was super helpful and i give them props for always wanting to help out.

This was one of the multiple APA hotel locations we stayed at during our trip.
This was by far the most cramped room of all the locations. The TV in the room wasn't the least functional in terms of channels or casting. When casting it kept auto disconnecting.
The bathroom felt really cramped. Our window faced the wall of the building next to us.
The best thing about this location was its proximity to major hubs in walking distances, lots and lots of food, shopping and entertainment options. Multiple train stations at a decent walking distance and despite all that the room was not noisy from street noises.
