The service was great, the rooms are terribly small, with the smallest bathroom unit I've ever used. Otherwise clean and efficient, good for solo business travellers.

Location was a 10 minute walk from the station which normally wouldnt feel like a lot, but due to the frequent walking we did and proximity of everything else, it did feel longer than usual. The staff were really kind and helpful and even let us keep our luggage at the hotel past check out since our flight was later in the day. The only downside was there is only one elevator for the whole building so rush hour times meant the elevator was so full and we would have to skip multiple elevators at those times. The rooms were quite tight compared to when we stayed in Osaka, but not too big of a problem.

Reasonable bargain price, the room is small but clean 8 mins walk from Ueno station

The staff was very bad, called for air conditioning and never come to fix, not even basic tools for support clients demand
