Excellent location. Liked having Lawson’s in hotel. Only negative is the elevators- sometimes very slow

Accommodations were generally comfortable but there are some things that could be improved such as carded access to the stairways to bypass the busy elevators. Also, the thermostat function in each room has no effect whatsoever on the temperature. You basically only have a choice between the central heating/ac or nothing at all.

The room is quite narrow for the price that we have paid. But then again, prices are quite typical for a decent hotel in the Tokyo area.
The shower was decent, albeit slightly cramped, which is standard across shower rooms in Japanese hotels.
One of the only few minor gripes that I have is that I was unable to adjust the cooling/heating/fan only mode on the climate control panel.
