There’s not much nearby but a short walk away from the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku and Shin Okubo. Also a bit far from the train stations. If you can opt for the APA’s near the station as taxis can get hefty in Tokyo. Otherwise I didn’t mind about the place. It’s average for 100$ per night but then again it’s also Tokyo.

Location of this property is perfect. Although the rooms may be on the smaller side, they had everything; from a mini fridge to a tv with free movies to watch. Also free travel essentials inside the restroom and desk. I will be staying at APA properties again when I return to Japan.

Nice affordable place to stay. I would recommend for couples and solo travelers, not really for family's.

Room was not the cleanest, but I feel that this is common with APA hotels. The staff were wonderful, though! Very helpful, friendly, and check in/out was easy. Thank you (:

Everything you need, very close to a subway and 7/11. It’s in Kabukicho so expect some noise in the evening every now and again (also sirens) other than that. Enjoyed my stay.

The staff was the best part of the experience. They are the reason I gave service high marks. I usually stay at an apa property. This time was a little off the bed I had a sag in the mattress. I never notified the staff in regards and forgot to bring it to their attention as I checked out.
