This hotel served our needs. The room was small and difficult to maneuver in for two people. The toilet and shower had heavy staining. The duvet was also very yellow with staining.
The elevator was very ineffectual and there are no stairs available. We waiting 25 minutes to get to the main floor to check out because the elevator went to the top floor first and as such was always full when it hit our floor. It was very frustrating.
The staff was helpful and friendly.
Overall, it's a bed in a relatively convenient spot, so if that's all you need, go for it, but I wouldn't stay again.

Rooms a little small (for couple with 1 large case) but all the other chain hotels we stayed at (Sotetsu Fresa, Hotel Ann) were similar.
Great location, great price, lovely staff, absolutely spotless. Will stay again.

The bed was comfortable but the room was tiny, elevator too small, no heating in the hallways, terrible front desk area and no amenitiies. I will not be back

The main reason for the lower rating is the bathroom. It wasn't cleaned well before check-in work hair and dust visible. It also looked like there were rust stains dripping down the walls.

The staff is friendly, fast and efficient! I had all my questions answered and received helped every time i needed. Everything in the room was fanctioning perfectly. I love love love Ykata being in the room for me to wear! I really have nothing to complaint about! Thank you so much for working hard to make your customers' stay comfortable! The hotel was in a clean, quiet neighborhood, but the downside was the lack of nearby nightlife. The hotel did have a restaurant. The room was compact but clean, with the standard Japanese amenities of Pajamas, toothbrushes, comb, razors.

Really great location with direct acceas to Asakusa ans Shinjuku lines. Hotel staff were great and amenities good. Room was decent.
