Nice location, but nothing special. Just another over priced and cramped Tokyo business hotel.

Room is so small and dusty . I walked into the room and immediately went to front desk to ask for refund . They wouldn’t give me a refund so I still left. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all

I’ve stayed at various APA hotels, this one was by far the worst. The room is outdated and minimal space for storage despite the compact room. Walls and carpet are also dirty, and bed was uneven. Not completely garbage but would not stay again.

Enjoyed everything except the washer and dryer didn’t work very well. Our clothing never dried. Besides that great stay with shopping near by and walkable amenities.

Only one small elevator that caused traffic & delays when having to leave or come in

Best Japanese breakfast buffet. Eco friendly. Great amenities like laundry and in room provisions.
