The air conditioning in the room is not working, I have to turn off the air conditioning unit and get a fan from the front desk.

The room was larger than many hotel rooms we have had in Japan

Convenient City Centre Hotel

Pros: location, staff.
We had a great stay here. It is very easy to find, good location in the centre of town. The staff were really lovely - extremely helpful and kind. The room was big, clean and had everything that was needed.

Great place to stay
Posted 19 Jul 2017 on HotelsAwa Kanko Hotel is perfectly located at the centre of Tokushima. It is just 5-min walk to Tokushima Railway Station and the main bus terminal. Hotel is clean and tidy. Staff are polite and helpful. Strongly recommended.
