"I love everything about the hotel. My favourite is the view of the ocean from my balcony. The buffet breakfast was sumptuous with varieties. Even though there's a free shuttle bus to and from Kawazu Station, we couldn't use it on arrival because it stopped operating rather early. As we flew in from Asahikawa in Sapporo, by the time we reached Imaihama Kaigan Station, it was nearly 8pm. As there's no more taxis in service, we had to walk to the hotel with our luggage with limited lightings. Fortunately, the moon was bright that night. And there's no eateries and convenience stores nearby."

"The property was not fancy but very fiunctional. Everthing worked well and the property was in good condition. Very reasonable rate."

"Hotel is located near the bus stop which makes it easy to catch the bus from Shin-Fuji station if you arrive by Shinkansen. View of Mount Fuji from the hotel room was amazing! Very glad I picked the room with the Mount Fuji view. Staff were very friendly. There is a strict 3pm check in however you can leave your luggage if you arrive early. You just take off your shoes when entering past the lobby up to your room. You must give you shoe locker and room keycard at front desk whenever you leave the hotel. This is a good system to make sure you don’t lose your room keys when traveling outside. Free breakfast was included and it is common Japanese style breakfast buffet. Coin Laundry is great as there is also a dryer. "

"The hotel is close to train station. Very convenient. Breakfast was very good. Rooms are sufficient. Staff was very helpful as we checked in. They provided luggage storage for the day as we were out sightseeing."

"It’s a lovely hotel on a beautiful beach. The breakfast buffet is very delicious and the ocean view from the onsen was magnificent. The staff is incredibly friendly."

"2 minute walk to numazu station, hotel was great and staff were super helpful. I requested a Japanese travel adaptor as my U.K. plug did not fit and they let me borrow it. "
