"My third time staying in this hotel for business trip. Steps away from HBF Main Train Station, having advantage to arrive and depart conveniently. Will stay again for sure. Just one draw back is that there is no phone in room and I have tried calling down to request slippers, always no answer at front desk. My only slight disappointment is that the few English speaking channels in the tv were all news related. But I know you are supposed to be doing things and not watching tv all the time. "This hotel is in a great location near a bus stop and so easy to get to the train station. The room had a kitchenette with a separate living room/ dining area. It was well stocked with cups, plates and cookware. My only complaint is that there were no screens on the windows so we had a few visiting mosquitoes. "We stayed here for 3 weeks after flying in from the US to visit family in the nearby area. We didn't want to be in a hotel for 3 weeks as we would find that claustrophobic. This was the ideal solution. The park staff were excellent and could communicate easily in English and German if needed. "Thoroughly enjoyed our 2-night stay here, it was the perfect spot for some rest and recuperation following watching some of the Euros. Axel was very helpful and informative, ensuring our stay would be perfect and without any hiccups. With Aldi just a short walk around the corner we could pop out to get groceries easily to cook on the boat. The rooms were good sized given the size of the boat, the bathroom was clean and the shower was good. Would highly recommend if staying in the area."

"The hotel is well appointed with a seperate drive in entrance. There are a LOT of rooms here, but all are large for a city centre hotel. Well decorated, comfy bed and modern bathroom. Only minor point is that the lift is a little complicated to operate. You'll see what I mean. And all the TV stations were in German, no other languages available. There was a bit of a queue at check in but the staff dealt with it well. A big smile on the guy at check out so very friendly. I would recommend this...
