The cold water tap was tightly jammed shut making it impossible to have a shower. It is hard to see how this could have not become known earlier to the management - the jam was so tight that it almost seemed to have been done deliberately. We tried to report it before leaving the property but no-one responded when we rang the bell.

Hi Julian,I'm sorry you had trouble with the tap in in the shower the hot water turns anti clockwise and the cold water clockwise they are both working fine. There are two main types of taps. In the older style, the hot and cold are turned anti-clockwise to turn on and clockwise to turn off. With newer 1/4 and 1/2-turn ceramic disc taps, the hot is turned anti-clockwise to turn on, and the cold is turned clockwise to turn on. Once again I do apologise for the inconvenience you experienced.Kind Regards

Such friendly owners, very comfortable accommodation with everything we need. Beautiful creek side walk into town for groceries, or walk to the Golf Club for meals. Lovely setting.
