There was not one moment that I did not feel heard and catered to. The staff at this hotel was amazing and vey helpful.

El hotel está impecable y el staff es realmente amable.. sobretodo el Gerente del Hotel - Octaviano- es extraordinario.. fueron muy flexibles, buscando que siempre estuviéramos bien y contentos!
Están construyendo la alberca que va a quedar súper bien
Muy buena opción para ir a Tlaxcala !

Super friendly and clean, lots of options on the buffet, showers with hot water, comfortable beds, Wi-Fi access. 10 minutes from the center of the city. Excellent for Business

Good Restaurant But Strong Cleanin Solution Smell!
Posted 30 Jun 2017 on HotelsVery nice hotel with a good restaurant for breakfast. My only complaint was that the room smelled heavily of the cleaning solution they used, so it was a very stron not pleasant smell. The room was large & te bed was very comfortable. I would stay again.
