The hotel is in a great location and the rooms are lovely. There just needs some more attention to details. I had room 401 and the jacuzzi bath tap kept coming off and you could only fill the tub with the over head shower. The control for the bubbles is also loose and the lock on the outside door is broken. Breakfast at the hotel is very poor, with no 'help your self' option for toast, coffee, tea, juice.... there was nothing and then menu had about 6 things to choose from and you are only allowed one item.... choosing either a singl croissant over an omelette seems odd!

What a little gem in the centre of Tirana. Staff very friendly. Young, polite and cannot do enough for you. Highly recommend

We had such a perfect time at this hotel! The staff is amazing and so kind. They answered every question and went above and beyond to help. Ada and Samuel attended us and were exceptional. I would definitely stay here again. The rooms were spacious and had a nice view. The breakfast was delicious and so convenient, we didn’t have to go somewhere else for food. Five stars!

Beautiful hotel and rooms, well located right in the city centre. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, lovely breakfast and lots of dining options nearby. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

And had I not been told while I was there, I might well have shown up at the wrong bus station at 06:00 AM when I was ready to leave town. (If I had known that to begin with, I would have come back here for two more nights rather than staying at another hotel that I thought was closer to my departure point when I booked it.)
