Beautiful property with great amenities. The staff were very friendly. A 15-minute walk from downtown Tiradentes, this pousada is quiet and secluded. I would definitely recommend this place.

Loved the stay and location. Breakfast was incredible. The homemade yogurt and jellies were amazing. Even under the bed was cleaned. Great game room to hang out with friends too.

We had a very pleasant atay and we would come back to this property over and over again. The breakfast was superb, a huge selection was provided. It is customary in Brazil to get free breakfast in hotels and hostels, this breakfast was of superior quality. The only negative comment i would have is that the bed was very hard. We strongly recommend this property property.

A pousada deixa muito a desejar ! Embora o quarto em que ficamos seja amplo, não conta com estrutura adequada para apoio de mala e disposição das roupas.Não possui armário e precisamos solicitar mancebos para podermos pendurar nossas roupas ! O banheiro não tem janela e nem exaustor. Consideramos muito indelicado, por parte da administração , deixar o abridor de vinho amarrado no frigobar, bem como avisos no buffet de café da manhã para não levar alimentos para o quarto e taxa a ser aplicada em caso de desperdício. O café da manhã também é bastante precário para o valor da diária ! Não recomendamos essa pousada !

Atendimento excepcional do César, que nos recepcionou muito bem, nos ajudou a levar a mala até o quarto e apresentou as dependências do hotel. Sempre muito educado e solícito. Café da manhã na média, nada excepcional. No entanto, ao arrumar a cama notei que as cobertas não estava em emabalgens lavradas, que indicam higienização. Quando abri uma coberta para estender na cama, notei que havia um grilo no meio dela e saiu andando pela cama, liguei para recepção do meu celular, já que no quarto não havia telefone, e foram prontamente me ajudar. No entanto, solicitei que trocassem a roupa de cama e me informado que nao havia como uma vez que não tinham acesso. Como assim? E se acontece algo pior? O hóspede fica sem ter como dormir? Depois de eu insistir que trocassem a roupa de cama avisaram que haviam algumas e foi trocada. Ou seja, não houve boa vontade na troca. Também encontrei uma aranha andando pelo lençol antes de trocarem a roupa de cama, o que me faz questinar a limpeza adequada dos ambientes e das roupas de cama e toalhas. Além disso, senti falta de refrigerante sem açúcar e água com gás no frigobar. Tenho foto e vídeo do fato relatado, mas não consegui anexar.
