Loved the beach and the snorkelling was so easy to arrange. The food was good. The rooms are a bit dated however.

Bad Experience

Only one restaurant and no room service available. No first aid available at property when we requested. Snake near our room. Staff were bit rude.

We under your concerns regarding our facilities, however we do have 3 restaurants in the resort available which are Matahari Restaurant, Fortune Courtyard and Xuan restaurant. We also do provide First Aid Kit in all our departments to aid our guests when needed. As for our room service, we truly apologize for being unable to provide the service, this is due to the recent fire that has taken place in our resort which evidently restricts our resources to providing room service. We also would like to sincerely apologize for the experience you had with our staff, our team at the resort has been informed for the necessary actions to be taken.
