Well the property was in the middle of renovation so it’s kinda hard to properly rate it. Construction started early in the morning. I’m sure it will be great after renovations are complete.

The hotel is under renovation. It is very noisy, even on Saturdays. There is a lack of respect for guests in this bad situation. The staff are not equipped to serve guests. The rooms smell of cigarettes and dirt.

Property seemingly under renovations. Check in was easy. However, as soon as I walked out of office I got fresh red paint on my hand and sleeve when I put my hand on handrail. Card key didn't work. Sink clogged. Flies in sink. Broken bottles in elevator. Trash overflowing and on floor. Shower hot water difficult to regulate. Etc. Etc. Etc. Not a pleasant stay.

However, I was saddened to read that your stay fell short of your expectations due to the encounter you mentioned, broken key card, the insects you reported, and the other highlighted issues. Red Roof work with a Pest Control company who regularly treats the property for pests as is standard in the industry.
