Most of the staff (mainly at reception and breakfast area) are in desperate need of a customer service & hospitality course, otherwise no lament at all. Breakfast is good and so is the hotel in general.

I like a firm bed, but these were almost solid. It would also be nice if the rooms had Tea & Coffee facilities.
