The staff is friendly and welcoming. I needed some silverware and they had some at the front desk. I love staying at this property.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities was well kept and clean. Room was very comfortable and clean.

The parking availability was misleading. When I booked my reservation, I selected this hotel because they stated parking was available at no additional charge. However, this was not true, and I had to park in a parking structure for a charge each evening. Not cool!

We really enjoyed our stay. This HI was centrally located- about an hour from many of the White Mountains main attractions. Plenty of shopping and dining choices.
Our room was right next to the elevator, and overlooked the parking lot and street, so it was a bit noisy, but nothing we couldn’t handle.

Cutely decorated for fall. The room was clean and had comfortable beds and pillows. We would def stay here again.
