Over all it was a great experience and good hotel with no kids, but the thing was the noise of other people staying there you able to hear everything and hear the walkie talkies through the walls from the halls

Hotel is great. Some of the new rules they have make it a little hard to enjoy. But overall great and comfortable time.

The place is nice but staff was very rude, I was forced out of my room to be cleaned and it took more than two hrs for the cleaning lady to be done and all she did was take out trash and redo bed and in a bad mood making faces at me and being rude. I mentioned I didn’t want the service that day because I was sleeping and they literally forced me out. Receptionist was very disrespectful as well and in a bad mood, not welcome at all. I asked for manager and I was told that they were busy and not available, wish I could get my refund.

No windows in the rooms, valet parking but we used the parking around the corner. You'll need a cash deposit for the keys which you get back at checkout

Check in Representative was terrible and had no interest in serving any customers. She's a bad choice. Not helpful at all. After 15 mins I checked in an account was hacked. This credit card was never used except in this hotel check in
