"The option to ski in and out of this location was perfect. The residence was quiet. Staff was frindly and helpful. The lobby could use an upgrade of its furniture. It was strange not to have a sink in the toilet area in the apartment, this seems like a strange design to me. The kitchen had all sorts of pots, plates, and everything needed for cooking. Bring soap, condiments, toilet paper, tea and coffee as these are not supplied. We had a minor issue with the fuse in our apartment but the...

"It's situated conveniently from the busiest area of Le Lac but in a quiet corner. Excellent services and facility in the hotel and the ski shop. Food is also fantastic! We use the pool and spa everyday after a day on the ski slope. Our little boy loves it so much he didn't want to leave. I'd highly recommend it. "

"What can I say, a fantastic hotel experience!! Clean, extremely comfortable and excellent service from all staff! Lovely breakfast, great location, Cosy bar area, nearby covered parking and a lovely little spa. The outdoor pool boasts amazing views of the mountains, just magical!! I highly recommend this lovely little property, my only improvement comment is the toilet roll provided in rooms which is a little too rough, so I purchased my own. Other than that, our experience was faultless....

Staff were so friendly, family duplex rooms were great, ski in ski out fabulous, breakfast was lovely, freshly baked bread every morning - the fruit one was especially delicious!!
