Very good value for money hotel with lovely staff
Posted 21 Oct 2018Nice hotel, but a little dated. Good breakfast included. Lovely staff. Finding the place is a little hard and not the best location on Lake Garda. But the town it is in is quite sweet so lovely place to stay

The town of Tignale, as can be clearly see on all the maps, is a small town in the mountains and for this reason it is very quiet and full of greenery. It is not directly on the lake even if it has a beautiful beach but only 10 minutes by car you can easily get to the main road of the lake and from there reach the larger towns. We have been working in the Garnì for several years and every year we try to bring improvements in order to offer our guests the right quality/price ratio that you have also recognized in our breakfast and in our services.

The attitude of the workers is terrible and fright
Posted 15 Aug 2018 on HotelsEverything changed and apparently for the worse, you were 3 years ago, and everything was different, today apparently managed by a company that wants to take advantage of the traveler. The most important thing is how to take advantage of you more, even cheat you for 10 Euros to be paid without admission, the attitude of the employees is terrible and terrible, it's a shame that I offered to friends

Good morning Mr. Sahir, we are very sorry for this but you are not telling the truth. Check-in was from 2 to 7 p.m. and you arrived after this time without notifying us and we were kindly however we let you find the keys of your rooms. You had booked 3 double rooms for a total of 6 people, you arrived in 7 with a child of 3 years and we asked you to pay at your departure the extra € 10.00 for the child including breakfast. As written on the portal where you booked the child was free up to 2 years then you have to pay an extra. Upon your departure you have received a regular bild with the extra payable. Best regards.

Good value hotel in pretty village

Pretty hotel in the centre of village with very welcoming receptionist. Discount voucher for local restaurant and cafe/bakery, both run by the same people. Both good but breakfast served in the same restaurant and quite poor.

Posted 2 Aug 2024 on HotelsHotel ben posizionato in centro paese (attenzione se siete tipi che andate a letto presto c'è un po' di rumore dovuto ai vacanzirri che frequentano i bar sotto), con camere pulite e ottimo servizio. Il personale cerca di fare il massimo per farti sentire a tuo agio e offrirti/suggerirti i servizi offerti da loro e dal comune. Non è sul lago ma la navetta gratuita in 10 mins di porta al lago. L'hotel ha convenzioni con sconti per ristoranti e bar dello stesso gruppo. Piscina top.
