This place is NOT great! There is no service or support. The reception clerk was awful! We got to wait until she finished her conversation with her friend. The place was deserted! NO STAFF! We requested dinner and felt so uncomfortable that we ate it in our room. When we woke in the morning, no breakfast was provided... was supposed to be included in the monster price paid for the room. NO ONE WAS AWAKE WHEN WE LEFT. We didn’t leave until 7:30 AM. It was one of the weirdest experiences we have had. I received a nasty email from someone named Nadia that basically accused us of running out on our bill. Um, there wasn’t any breakfast provided! I advised her to bill our card, but for some reason she can’t. She is demanding a wire transfer. Do Not Stay here! The animals on the property are staving, the facilities are not well maintained, the very sparse staff are rude and it is expensive.

re bonjour merci pour votre message et de votre reclamations , malgré que ces reclamations normalement veuillez les dire a la reception pas par mail et pas apres votre depart sans regler vos déxtra! pour vous informer le matin , nous avons preparé le petit dejeuner que vous savez bien qu'on le serve a 08;00 pas a 7:30, mais vous avez exprès partis sans faire le check out et sans règlement de facture pour le service c'etait vous qui avez demandé de prendre le repas dans la chambre et nous avons vous servis le cafe lavazza et la bierre et nous étions tous a votre disposition pour tout vos demandes! c'est pour ca vous etes obligé de payer votre facture et je vous conseille d’arrêter de tricher !
