"Pesima recepcion para cenar en el restaurant. La dama nos trató de forma muy irrespetuosa y poco amigable.
Ocupamos la habitacion 209, durante toda noche había un ruido (golpes de maquinarias) en la habitación contigua. Era la sala de máquinas.
Hice el reclamo pero la dama de la recepción mostrando ninguna empatia con nosotros, restó importancia al ruido diciendo que el ruido provenía del sistema de bombeo de agua y que no tenía importancia.
Este hotel NO ES RECOMENDABLE."

"Smooth check in service, staff friendly , food was good. Use of thermal areas was ok but property needs upgrades and renovations some out side showers not working , maintenance on some of the thermal pools needed
For the price you pay in euros some property amenities do need maintenance upkeep

"Sehr schön hergerichtet, konnten uns schon um 11 Uhr an der Rezeption anmelden, bekammen die Karten für unsere Zimmer gleich. So das wir bis 14 Uhr schon baden gehen konnten und dann ab 14 Uhr ins Zimmer gehen konnten. Wo unser Koffer schon auf uns gewartet hat,den wir nach dem anmelden schon dem Portie gegeben haben.
Haben am Tag des CheckOuts auf Frühstück im Hotel verzichtet, da wir es beim CheckIn schon angesprochen haben das wir nicht Frühstücken werden,bekammen wir dann eine Lunchbox mit...

"It was OK. Just the first room they gave us was so old and smelly, like smokers lives on inside. They gave us same room on floor deeper, but renovated.
There was a parfum in the air condition, bad for people with allergy, caused headache. And the worst for me was that the
spa closed at 8pm. On Friday and Saturday. So what to do after dinner? Restaurant was great, nice food and people. The
spa is also very giid"
